Voluntary Spouse Life Insurance

Eligible employees may purchase Voluntary Life Insurance for a spouse in $5,000 increments.

Spouse Life Coverage

Coverage: Up to the lesser of 100% of the employee’s voluntary life amount or $100,000 Guarantee Issue: $50,000 Eligibility: Spouses are eligible for life coverage through age 70

You pay 100% of the cost of Voluntary Life Insurance through after-tax payroll deductions. Evidence of Insurability is required for coverage above the $50,000 Guarantee Issue amount or if you enroll outside your initial eligibility period.
